No. It focuses on what you can observe and how the situation affects you.
Is the audio just a recording of the workbook?

Do I have to buy them together?
No. Each is designed to stand on its own. The bundle is for people who want to read, write, and listen.
Does this replace therapy or treatment?
No. It supports education and reflection but does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or addiction-treatment care.
What if I am afraid of the other person’s reaction?
Do not announce a new boundary alone. Make a safety plan and seek support from a trusted person, local professional, or crisis service. Call 911 in immediate danger.
